POLYTHANE is a two-part polyester-urethane top coat and/or coating system that provides maximum chemical resistance and the best possible protection against the most aggressive solvents. Polythane is easy to maintain because of its dense molecular structure which provides maximum stain resistance.

Generally, Polythane has been used exclusively for industrial-type applications (i.e., coating floors in battery acid use areas/rooms, chemical use areas/rooms, and solvent use areas). However, because of its excellent chemical and stain resistant properties, it was applied in a decorative fashion at the valet and bus terminal areas at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino (as pictured below).
