EPOXY garage floors are extremely durable, easy-to-clean, and look great. Most epoxy systems are applied in 3 steps -- primer, resin, and a sealer. The resin is generally pigmented in the desired color, and multi-colored vinyl chips and/or quartz are broadcasted into the resin to leave you with a beautiful multi-colored surface.

At times, Concrete Coatings, Inc.'s estimators may reccomend a urethane sealer over an epoxy because of it's superior UV resistance, chemical resistance, and shine. Careful consideration should be given to the type of sealer used on a garage floor -- especially here in Las Vegas. Extreme UV conditions and heat (affecting automotive tires) can cause a maintanence nightmare if the correct product line is not installed. Each job is unique and the customer should discuss in detail exactly what they will be using their garage for in order to determine which system is best suited for their needs.
